Have you tried phoning them? Email Dave, he's normally pretty quick at responding.

It was worth going down there
Cancelled the order for the Zero.AM and got a Zero.1 demo bike (stock components) for £1175 and it already had the 3M Invisiframe protection. Placed a pre-order for an Aeris
Any word on your bike?
Your both braver than me... All this hassle to buy a bike. Imagine the fun your going to have if you need to warranty something!

Dont forget a reverb!!!!!![]()

Yep, it's not here!
Allegedly will be here Monday, got a funny feeling there waiting on new stock or at best it's only been picked up by UPS today.
Annoyed as sat in today, will now need to sit in Monday and means a hire bike tomorrow!
Not holding up any hope for Monday though.
Nice, how much is it normally? £1300? If so that's a good saving, and you shouldn't lose much selling it on now!
sounds like Planet X to me - same thing - great bikes, cheap, well built but if anything goes wrong - customer service is poor at best!
Hang on.. let me get something straight in my head.
You've spent ~£1200 on a "temporary" bike. Why? What was so badly wrong with your Trance that you had to sell it and buy something else until the Aeris is available in what is it.. 6 months?
It seems like an awful lot of hassle for nothing...
This bike will only be with me until March so I'm going to hold off on any upgrades. The Aeris (full sus) comes standard with a Reverb though
Argh man. They were talking about UPS while I was in the office and how they were supposed to phone them back within 60 min and it had been 90 with no response. Maybe Bird is not entirely to blame but it's difficult to know because you don't know when it was shipped.
The Zero.1 I bought is a £1500 bike and the Invisiframe stuff is about another £89 on top. £1175 for all of it seemed like a good deal to me! He even put a brand new chain on the bike and serviced and cleaned it for me. They had a Zero.AM available that had only been ridden by MBUK but it was £1400 (down from £1650 - the bike will be in this month's magazine). It was just too much to spend on a temporary bike.
Went out for a 15 minute blast around the park and she's lovely. The RockShox Revelation fork is way better than the Fox 32 Talas that my Giant Trance had.

It makes no sense on any level. A friend of mine said exactly the same thing. There was just something about the Trance I didn't like. I can't describe what or why.
I like the way a hardtail rides (mostly), so if I get to play with one for 5/6 months until my full-sus arrives and not lose too much money, then it's worth it to me.
Hardtail will help you be a smoother, better rider tbh dude. If you didn't enjoy the trance then its pointless sticking with it! Get some pics up of the bike dood
).Looks good fun dude! I should have headed down your way today if Id have thought! Got no plans! Meh! :/
Tomorrow's supposed to be alright though!
