Can anyone get on the Hayes website? My Solo's need bleeding. Ive got a bleeding kit but no manual.
I have no idea how I go about bleeding the brakes

As a side note, does anyone know where you can get tech documents on Marzocchi forks? I've emailed their tech department but haven't received an answer. Also, what about bleeding Deore disks? I want to bleed my brakes on the weekend but don't have a clue how and Google doesn't throw up much info.

Looking to get a bike to add to my cardio work
Want a good one so it serves me well and keeps me motivated. Was looking at this one
It will mostly be used for the commute to work, but I also want to do some off road biking, hence the choice not to go for a hybrid or road bike
Does that look ok and is it a goodun?

Just make sure you get some slicks for road usage. The difference is night and day.

Can anyone find last years Spesh enduro SL carbon in large?
I know its clearance stock .....can find medium and small but no large.
I should have orderd a few weeks ago when they had all sizes

You'll get it with knoblies for off road, but i'd invest in some road tyres for during the week it only takes a few minutes to swap them over. You probably want some that offer decent puncture protection as well.

WHat are the main differences between Shimanos chainsets and mech ranges?
I mean the LX - SLX - XT - Saint - XTR etc....
