I meant to imply that I want to see a roady win a MTB race, on his roadbike - the inverse of the linked story.

look at this friggin crazy all without helmet these guys are on a death wish
You could all ways go for a On One inbred 426. Design for long travel forks. The pike or a Revelatino would be ideal.
Just happened to be looking through the last few pages and saw this video...
How are they not all dead? :|
It was cool to watch I guess but... Crazy fools!
I'm looking at rims on a few online shops. Do you get the spokes with them? If not where do you get them as they don't seem to sell any.
No, they dont.
I'd go Elixirs over Ultimates. Although personally I love the look of Hope brakes and keep thinking about changing my Codes to V2's on my FR bike.
They had a price matcher on the site a few days ago. I also have an email from them saying they'll price match.Yeah, shame about the lack of price matching, I've asked a couple of times (to be sure) and both times the same answer: No, we dont need to![]()

Andi; I'm looking at the Trance X3, which also has some ridiculous savings. The only thing holding me back is whether I really need it to go with my Vagrant.
I have no issues doing anything on the Vagrant, it's just a bit heavy (which I'm remedying with some lighter wheels). The big tyres take a fair amount of sting out of the rocks, so the only real benefits are a bit more climbing traction and slightly smoother drop-offs.
I think I'll wait until I've been on holiday and see if they've still got any in stock.
