Well I put my money down on the Talas! paid £399 and the Revs where at £350 price matched to CRC.

So cant wait for wednesday now!!

Let us know how it goes. At the end of the day whether it's a talas, float, or one of the Revelations, you're buying top of the range kit and although the mags might review minor flaws in each, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference!

Ok, Im thinking of maybe build a road bike instead of waiting for the cycle to work scheme payments to finish and then getting a new one. Basically, the bay will be the purchasing place for most parts.

Where is a good resource for looking up parts and finding out what kit is good and what is bad? Plus, would it be taking the pee some what if I decided to kit the handle bars out in some sort of tt arangement? Note: this is only likely to get used on the commute, which is basically turning into a prologue with it being a 4~5 mile trip (now getting it further down on the FSR to 16 minutes).

Sweet frame. I considered it myself. More hardcore than the Heckler. I bet you could use it for DH in your neck of the woods. I'll buy your 'proper' DH bike. :p

I thought it looked fantastic when it was first launched but the recent review of the Bianchi Infinito 928 C2C in this months CyclingPlus has convinced me I need one. :D

Nah m8, I'm a roadie through and through. :p I may have considered an MTB or a cyclocross this year when my current Pinarello is paid for at the end of this month on my works Cyclescheme but the gits have banned anyone who got a bike last year for 2 consecutive years because of budget considerations. So I'm kinda stuck now. :(
