Yep, i agree.
Need to be eating more.
Load up on carbs before a big ride with good meal the night before (pasta/rice etc) and a good breakfast in the morning (porrige is good).
You also need to keep eating when your cycling. Bananas, cereal bars, biscuits etc are good and easy to carry. Dont wait until you're hungry - keep on eating.
And a big bag of jelly beans in the bottom of you're bag for a quick emergency sugar hit
