it is quick release not sure what make, I have the springs and other stuff, just seems that the nut has come off, I have looked everywhere for it.
Oh and I should have made it clear I dont want any old nut, want the same type as what is on it.

I don't know what the trails are called, but I think it's by Labyrinth and Deer Hunter

The bike is clamped by the frame?

I'm not familiar with those names, I have been using the following map to find all the trails so far.....
Which nut is it? Where's it come from? The end of the skewer?
If it is, I think you might have to buy a new skewer, they're not expensive though.
Thanks a lot feller....ill try and find the size i need.
Id rather not replace the cups as ive heard its a risky job without a proper press.
The 45 x 45 is the angle on the inside and outside edge of the bearings.
And I think ACB is just angular contact bearings.

Ive just bought two if these after looking at the pig's integrated headsets.

Hopefully they'll fit.
I'm assuming that the mention of angles means it is sealed bearings rather than loose caged.

Can you guys recommend somewhere to go for a few mountain bike novices?
We are based in Oxford, been cycling to work, hardtails. Looking for somewhere were we can camp for a day or two this end of of the country that has some good off road that won't kill us.
