Cheers, will give them a go then! I hear they use the same bleed kit as Avids??
Similar, but I think the thread (caliper end) is different.
Just get one of these and sell the Avid kit with your Juicy 3's: Epix Bleed Kit - Formula that doesn't include the Dot Fluid but there is a kit with it included for a few extra £. Just make sure you use the correct Dot fluid if you are bleeding them (The K18's)
Can people tell me about taking bikes on planes and importing bikes from the US?
Costs approx £25 with the cheaper airlines, provided its packaged properly.

Flying with BA.

Thinking buy the frame and a bike bag out there and bring it back as my bike and hopefully get away with being charged vat and the rest.

Avoid VAT/Import duty in 5 easy steps:

1. Bike boxes are best for flights ( as in, carboard box)
2. Take one with you there, with an old sh!tbucket frame or suchlike in it
3. Dump the old sh!tbucket once you are there and get your new frame
4. Dirty up the new frame a little bit
5. Fly back with your new toy.

No one can dispute then that you didn't take it there with you "on a riding holiday"

:)

I got both of my track pumps for £4.99 from Aldi, one for the car and one for home. Had them for over a year and they work flawlessly. No point in spending loads on a pump
I have one of the aldi ones as well. Its a great pump for the price but it feels a bit fragile and i dont expect it to last any where near as long as my joe blow.

Generally you can't buy most bikes/frames online in the US. Post up what you're after and I might be able to point you in the right direction.

I have ordered the Formula Oro's, just had a thought - my fork is a Post mount and these are IS mount - thought i had an adapter but i think its the other way round IS - Post.

Having looked these adaptors seem hard to get hold of but do i need a Formula one or will another brand work?

Yes, this was roughly what I was thinking.

Thanks 6th, Yeti's ASR5 is taking my fancy at the minute. I'm out in the US for 4 weeks and I've found a bike shop in Texas that sell the frame so I could potentially ring ahead and make sure they have one in.

Here's a picture of myself at last weekends CRC mtb marathon.

What fork do you have? The K18's are Post Mount.

2012 Specialized Demos and Status (big hit replacement)

Looking pretty nice. No doubt we'll be stuck with just the choice of one colour in the uk though......the worst one...

That cable routing is horrid. Send them under the bottom tube and bottom bracket.

That isnt possible. Would have to be very slack on the downtube as when the suspension works it would pull the cables tight on the BB. Only reason the cabling looks horrid is because its bright orange :p

Well which Marzocchi fork is it mate? Superstar will have the correct adaptor you need.
I was just asking to point you to the correct one... You don't seem to be giving much away.
