Just randomly searching for some bread, Waitrose Super Soft says 94 cals per slice. But, you seem to back my point that a sandwich is quite a lot of calories, even if fairly basic.
The problem however is that bread is delicious.

in terms of mass produced loafs it's all much of a muchness, if you're eating that much bread that the small difference matters it's probably time to cut down and if you're not then pick whichever you prefer.White bread is pretty bad, but brown/wholemeal bread is mostly fine to good.

That's why I was careful to add the second part of my statement.I don't think that's correct. Compare just that white loaf linked above to its own brand wholemeal equivalent and you're getting twice as much fibre and a little more protein with your bulk carbs.
Yeah, I do miss it. I used to like some jam on toast in the morning, or maybe some cheese on toast for a snack. As I think about it, I guess I could buy a loaf and keep it in the freezer, having a little treat from time to time...The problem however is that bread is delicious.
Alcohol is going to be my demon over the coming weeks, grieving, christmas, free time - that little goblin will be sat on my shoulder and whispering in my ear![]()
I use an innotech scale, the app of which feeds into google health which feeds into myfitnesspal which feeds into garminOn a side note. Does anyone have any success with getting weight data into Garmin Connect?
I use a Xiaomi scale, and it integrates nicely into Apple Health, but never makes it to Garmin. I've a feeling i've looked at this before, and the outcome was the only way was to buy some Garmin scales, but would be nice if there was another option.

Essentially, if you can get it going to MFP, it should go to garmin.
Obvious question, have you tried removing and relinking the apps?
It's the price you have to pay to balance out the unfair positive karma of that amazing view.See, my Xiaomi feeds into MFP, but then it never makes it into Garmin
Have linked/unlinked millions of times.
