I just don't have the willpower to only eat a few pringles crisps.I am simply eating less. Nothing special, not hitting the gym, not going for a run. Just smaller portions of everything I normally eats. That includes chocolate, just less of it. I even had a few odd pringles, although not opened a whole packet of crisps and ate that in 1 sitting.
I am sure there is a margin of error in these things, what I am looking for is the direction of the trend rather than absolutes.
