Yeap this is my reasoning as well. Fed up of the belly and want to get it gone once and for all.Belly fat is the only reason I want to lose weight, I want it shifted once and for all!
Started mid December with a Covid blip end of December, and was in a calorie deficit until 2nd April.
Start weight was 12st 2lb (77.1kg)
Maintenance phase start 11st 1.4lb (70.5kg)
Weight as of this morning 10st 13.4lb
Happy with where I am at now, and the maintenance phase was definitely needed, I have 1 more week to enjoy (birthday next week!) and then it’s back to a deficit to get down to my target that I initially set out to hit. I think I’ve got maybe 6-10 weeks more being in a deficit. Progress pics to come at the end!
