Have you had the Waitrose ones? Although I love pastries, I can only manage one of those as they are really sweet. After eating a second one, I felt a bit sick. :D
Should have gone for a third one just to confirm. :p
I actually walked into the local village bakery yesterday, and whilst surrounded by delicious just made pastries, walked out again with a 25p granary roll to make lunch!

I was really disappointed with the waitrose one's.

I prefer the ones with fresh almond paste in them as they are less sickly sweet.

My greengrocer only gets them on a Saturday from a place in Harrogate but they're a taste sensation!

Sticking the treadmill on an incline will help if you're not already doing that. 80 calories in that teaspoon of nutella unfortunately, not a lot but then times that by 10, 100, 1000... Chuck some frozen fruit in it instead and see if you enjoy it.
The beer won't help either unfortunately. 180 cals or so in a pint. I've been on the wagon since the middle of December, did dry January and have just carried on.
@Bassmansam Holland & Barrett have a hazelnut and chocolate spread with about a third of the calories compared to Nutella.

Walks into the weight loss thread, finds people gushing over how lovely pizza, cake and pastries are.

Going well in here then guys! :D

The most important thing about weight loss is that you don’t feel like you’re on a diet and you can enjoy the things that you like. That’s the thing that leads to consistency and lasting results!

Basically don’t waste your limited calories on rubbish that you don’t really like.

First week complete and it was a mixed bag for me. Did really well Mon-Fri as I was eating the Lion's Prep meals so I wasn't overeating. Then Saturday and Sunday fell off the wagon and ate 100g Asda blonde chocolate bar each of the two days as well as numerous Kit-Kats, chocolate digestives and hot chocolate drinks. Weight went 100.7-100.1kg but that is neither here nor there. So off we go again...

When I go diet extreme its kinda extreme. I can go all day without eating. So I'll have a big coffee in the morning Nearly a pint of milks worth. Then I can go all day and into late evening. So if I can get to 22:30-23:00 without eating then I'll have 2 chicken breasts with a dry rub or my own Passata mix. I can ignore the hunger pangs all day... But I simply cannot go to bed hungry.

I kept that up for 9 months, With the occasional cheat day. The issue I found is eat crap want crap.. So if i had occasion to eat during the day, If out on the road it'll be crap food and that would set off a chain reaction of then wanting carbs and sugar....

Anyone looked at those Prepped Pots
