My rider 400 is still broken (after approx 10 uses) and I'm having little success in getting tomtom to repair it.

Earlier, I noticed it wasn't holding charge, so took the cover off and discovered that the wires had all pulled out of the battery!

Might explain why it has been so crappy. It's never been dropped, so no idea how that could have happened.

I've ordered a new battery to see it it'll get it working again.

**** sake, my brand new M7RR rear tyre has a puncture, only positive is it's right in the middle of the tyre, it's also completely flat.

What's the best way to fix it? Repair myself or have a garage do it? Are those self repair kits reliable?

The DIY mushroom plugs are supposed to be pretty good, but personally if you can strip the wheel off and get it to a garage I'd get a proper repair done for the £20 or so it'll cost.
