@Kreeeee what's the excess? In all seriousness I hope you have an awesome day and enjoy every bit of it. Also that clutch cover looks awesome, such a great crash bung.. I've hope you mounted them!

I have to say @Kreeeee's wife is actually more chill than mine was and I didn't even bin my bike! Also I can attest that his insurance is top notch!

1000 EUR for the bike and I think 500 EUR for the leathers etc if you use theirs. I'd invite you along but we took the very last spaces with our group of 4.

Outside my local Homebase today..

According to the site Diddums posted the owner won first prize in a street fighter comp. Also I think the fake bottle is used as a fuel expansion tank, again according to the site.

They'll mean coolant expansion tank, I'd hope anyway!

As much as I love riding I actually think I'd rather walk and be seen near that thing :o

I had a little play up four mountain passes today:

Some thoughts:
- I got 190km until the low fuel light and I filled up 13.5 litres. The tank is 17 litres so if I run it dry I get about 240 kms to a tank in the mountain passes.
- Only in Switzerland can you get stuck for 5 minutes because 50 cows with enormous cow bells and head dresses are being taken for a walk on the main road.
- The English are daft. The UK bikers over here are wagging their head at me instead of doing the salute.

After making it all the way to Switzerland you'd have to be very oblivious not to have noticed that every single biker since crossing the channel has been doing that.

It's done everywhere in Europe except the UK, which makes sense as the UK drives on the wrong side of the road to be able to do that.
