It's the thieves that think they're above the law. There needs to be some sort of intervention and this is pretty much the only option other than letting them run riot.

If they know the consequences of their actions then I have no sympathy. It's not a surprise that there's been a huge reduction in these types of crimes. Clearly the strategy is very effective so crack on I say. The only concern I have is innocent people being mistaken but I seriously doubt the police would use these tactics without solid intel.

She doesn't seem to have an issue with them carrying s5 firearms or other offensive weapons which are outlawed for the common man, the woman's a walking disaster of epic proportions.

She is deluded.

These thieves being knocked off are the same people carrying acid and ruining people's lives, carrying machetes and knives, bats and crowbars, they are scum and deserve everything they get.

Honestly I hope the ones carrying acid and knives die.

Had my insurance renewal quote come through for the Aprillia, last year I paid £160 for the VFR800 then when I sold that I swapped it to the Tuono for an extra £47 (party of that would have been the mid term adjustment fee) in June, so about 6 months in.

Principal have quoted £209, which considering that when doing quotes on the comparison sides, the lowest I can get is £230, I'd say that's pretty bloody good!! WTF is happening?! A renewal quote that's actually competitive?!:D

That's fully comp, garaged, commuting, 4k miles a year, and I now have 4 years NCB.

I also have a seperate 2 years NCB from September 2017 but would need to use this again by September next year to keep it active, I'm thinking I may just let it expire as it can't be converted to car NCB and I'm unlikely to own 2 bikes again...

Stopped and chatted with a police rider, in the local Tesco car park.

He was on a Kawa 1400GTR... looked awesome despite the high-vis and the panniers. Gel seat felt really soft, which makes a change from the stone seat of the SV

All of my renewal quotes have been significantly cheaper than the lowest comparison site price, long may it continue!

My car policy for two cars was £850, a new quote on the same site (aviva) was £580!!

I recently added a new bike to my policy and was quoted an extra £300 to cover the last 6months of the policy. Asked them to run a new quote and managed to get a quote for both bikes covered for £50 after they refunded £80 from what was left on my original policy.

Always good to shop about just to check!
