Bikers Youtube thread

You will one day, happens to everybody one day, happened to me once right in front of a packed bus stop in Nottingham city centre, so embarressing.

I've only ever felt the back end go when applying more power. Something i don't do on roundabouts, usually take them with no power or constant.

I used to ride all weathers, never came across slippery roundabouts, luckily. Looks like this guy must've hit a foreign liquid on the road surface or something.

@ the roundabout youtube.. It has to be a diesel spill.

He wasn't doing anything excessive. Hardly getting his knee down. Diesel or black ice. It's the only two things that would make his front slide out like that.

Just bad luck.

Try living in Milton Keynes, more diesel and oil on the 300+ roundabouts than whats left in the Gulf. Having the back end step out is starting to feel common place now lol.

Oh and nice of the people to help the biker up. Thumps up!:D

Eddieeeeeee, a few H cafe pics... This might sound odd, I'm looking for some new biking buddies seeing as all of mine have given up... Fancy a coffee at the H cafe one day?

Yes mate - of course. I could always use more biking buddies :)

Let me know when you fancy a coffee / blast.

It's happened to me before, going slower, fortunately is caught the slide, but it can happen so so easily.

Happened to me whilst I was on my way to school on my TS125, in school trousers... I saw the multi-coloured diesel/rain mix just as I started to lean the bike in and it went down about a nanosecond later. Damage limited to ripped trousers and a slightly bloody knee, fortunately.
