Bioshock: The Collection - HD Remastered

Tried to change the mouse sensitivity and lost the ability to click with the mouse...

Edit: Disabling pad sorted it.

Played half an hour of the first one and it seems fine. Downsampling from 4K and it looks pretty nice IMO. Seems to run well too. The new menus and UI elements are a nice step up from the originals. Playing with a controller and it automatically recognises it unlike the original, and has new prompts and graphics for the Xbone controller. Pretty much zero in the way of graphical settings though, and anisotropic filtering seems to reset itself to 1x when I apply it for some reason.

) Go to C:\Users\""\AppData\Roaming\BioshockHD\Bioshock

2) Open Bioshock cfg in notepad.

3) Find the following and set all the X Y values to match your native resolution (using mine as a example):

[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
WindowedViewportX=3440
WindowedViewportY=1440
FullscreenViewportX=3440
FullscreenViewportY=1440

4) Save and start Bioshock.

Enjoy!

I think we can all agree remaster or not these games were truly works of art. So, I mean so many fond memories of playing Bioshock 1 through, many years back now :(

As good as I remember the first one. Running at 5K downsampled. Super smooth, not bad for free.
