ok so we stop giving them money altogether open up some soup kitchens where they must go to be fed some primark or other type store voucher for clothes about every 6 months
so there kids can have uniforms for school and a bus pass so they can get to the job center to look for work gas, elec, and rent paid directly by the state at an agreed lvl with the companies them self this should be able to secure a huge discount then if no job is found after 6 months they have to do 6 weeks of voluntary work if they fail to show up there cut off from the benefits all together for 12 weeks
and if that don't work dring back the work houses from the victorian era![]()
