Black Friday Deals

Make sure you keep a good track on prices before they go up, to then be cut again for BF.

Some good deals round though, I've picked up 2 pairs of Reebok trainers for £50.

The Mrs found a few epic ones in JL over the last few months. An open box return LG 77" OLED for £900 and another LG 75" LED TV for £400. Should do us for a a few years :D

That's insane on the oled.

I love open box deals

77" is WAY too large for me but I would have bought one and made it work somehow for that price!

Yeah, she was ambling around JL looking for shoes or boots and always pops up to Tech to check the deals and open box area. She didn't even call, just the bought the things. She's great.

Haha, 65" might as well be a 32" in my eyes.

77" is bang on for 3-4m viewing. She also decided an 85" Sony was the right choice at our last place when viewing from 5.5m away. Need to find walls for all of these TVs now in the new place :D

Bought a new pair of trainers from Nike.com with 25% off. £55 down to £41.

Didn't check if there are other cheaper places...just need a new pair, free shipping. Actually need trainers, old pair developed a hole from wear and tear.

50" Hisense TV from the supermarket.

Heard rumour that a few pallet loads are coming in soon, so I have set up my tent outside my local, Im the only one here though, so should get to them first hopefully.

Off topic. What's optimal for 2m viewing? We have a 46 plasma, and although no plans to upgrade yet. When I'm seeing oled for these prices. And that plasma draws 300-400w it's getting close to being worth the upgrade!

55" should be ideal, but if I was in your position then I'd go for a 65". Depends on the price and quality of the set.

A decent 55"/65" OLED with some bias lighting (Mediatek) would be ace.

Only for the gullible.

What a stupid thing to post.
I would think the vast majority in here already scout the web for cheap deals and only find them on Black Friday (sometimes).
At the moment the item I want has gone up and I can't find it cheaper even on Black Friday deals.

Is it stupid though?

Herman Miller 20% off (25% for some chairs). Must...not...buy.
Haworth has a 40% off sale also. Personally I've never used a Herman Miller because I'm not rich af but I picked up a second hand Haworth Zody for £25(!) and it's absolutely lovely.
