Do I need to replay Half Life 1? I don't remember much of it.. Or can I pick up and play?

I think, as long as you have Steam and one game (related to HL engine) such as CS:S / HL2, you should be fine.

Have you got a link for the KOTOR restoration ? I have been googleing for ages and can't find anything on it. There seems to be lots of mods for KOTOR 2 and stuff but nothing on a full KOTOR restoration tho

According to the BBC article, the answer is no it isn't fully ready, they are releasing an incomplete version (up to Lamba Core, which I hope is included, as it was probably my favourite level).

Sorry i've not long heard of this mod so this might sound dumb but why are they releasing an incomplete version if it's been in the works for so long? Shirley a little more time to complete it couldn't hurt? I'd like to play this but I want a finished version, does anyone know when that will come?

I'm pretty sure that everyone has the opposite opinion to that. They would rather get to play what is generally accepted as the best part of the game rather than wait potentially forever for the finished mod to appear...

I think it's been the Xen levels that have been holding it up all this time, I can remember reading on their forum years ago that a few of the levels were already completed.
I don't think they're sure how to do them properly to make them look right.

I have heard of it a while back but i've never really been that interested as i've played all the Half-Life games already, i'm guessing all this is is just a graphical overhaul or do they change anything more significant?
