I seem to be stuck already. The bit after you plug the thingy in and go through to the zombie on fire in the lift, where you first encounter explosive boxes.

1.3MB/s (maxing out) at the moment via the official torrent, which is nice. Still feels dirty using torrents again though
Using the torrent seems best for me, although it's very up and down as you connect to different peers, getting between 30KB right up to 4MB per second at times. I've left my up bandwidth uncapped and will seed for a bit to spread to joy.

Turns out my <soon to be *wish*> second favorite hl2 mod Fortress Forever was released five years ago - to the day !
Shame tf2 was released about 2 days later and nerfed the games changes.

Bloomin amateurs, someone has uploaded a 3GB+ file to usenet without splitting it
They should stick to torrents or at least ask if they dont know what they are doing.
