Blackberry 9900/9930

Theres no £60.60? only £50.50 cashback.

It was £60.60 on Friday

£20 if your contract is over £40 a month.

Where can you get this deal, as I've emailed them and they still said £50 and I'm just to about to get my 3rd current contract, so well over £40 p/m?

oh man so beautiful, really want a sim free unbranded one!!!!

just ordered one from vodafone, its coming tomorrow.

i just want to play with one for 7 days hehe!

Can I ask where you ordered yours, online? and how'd you know its coming tomorrow? I ask as I ordered on Friday and its still 'in processing' and I've been told numerous times that its passed the credit check, but still needs to be approved whatever that means???

I was checking online as I'm eligble to upgrade via the business section, but no plans came up so I rang the number on the page and just ordered one, he said it would be with me tomorrow between 8-10am.

Can't wait to check this daddy out!!

Contract is too expensive and long for me though so will be sending it back next week after I've tested the hopspot out with my lappy and will grab one second hand in a couple of months.

£36 p/m 500 data, 3000 mins any network and 0845 etc, 3250 texts, 3000 01/02/03, 24 months.

I walked into the vodafone store expected to pay £50, they looked up my details and said "it is £20 for you".

Ah yes I can't wait to pair mine up to my PlayBook as well!

Wow, anyone played Dead Space on PlayBook yet? Its mega!!!

Cool, thanks for that, I'll pop along to my local VF store and see if they like me enough to do the deal!

Do you find it works all ok etc??

It didn't work at all to start with, tried forwarding ports, doing everything, got annoyed, gave up and left it plugged in and after 5 hours, boom, starts working perfectly of it's own accord and hasn't dropped since. Confusing but I just let it do what it needs to :p

You do realise that the 9900 wont come with the hotspot feature??....its down to the networks to make it available.

What are the benefits of paring your 9900 and playbook ?

bridge allows you to use the bridge browser on the pb from you're phone via bt, its actually not that bad, also to view and use/edit bbm, memopad, calender, tasks, contacts, emails, files.

hee hee

So do you now get full 3G in your home all the time, or....?

As the PB only uses WiFi, the bridge allows you to use your Blackberry phone's data/3G etc to surf, when you can't use WiFi, and also not pay any more like you do when you use tether instead. And of course all the other things as mentioned above :)

He was pulling your chain as far as I know, no-one on Crackberry, including Vodafone UK'ers (I'm one too) have had the option to use Hotspot :(

Yep and this is why people return their phones because these reps havent gotna flippin clue about the phones they sell.

Tmobile over in America had packaging out saying the 9900 had a dual core cpu running at 1.2ghz lol...

Yeah I saw that pic, made me chuckle, no wonder the front line staff don't have a clue!

It also came with an on-screen keyboard too :p
