Not really interested in CDPR games anymore, just curious if its going to have all the hallmarks of a usual UE5 game like microstuttering and terrible CPU utilization.

I was under the impression all the experienced redengine devs left hence the switch to UE.But unlike a lot of studios, CDPR have a lot of engine experience to fall back on to tailor UE5 to their needs - hopefully they put that to use and it doesn't end up just looking/feeling like every other UE game.

They signed a 15 year contract with Epic for exclusive UE development back around 2022 time, Cyberpunk was the only game that would finish with the in-house engine. It's purely business related as one would expect from.... a business.
