Well I don't consider xp buffs as pay to win. If you work, have family and other interests it's a small bonus. Nearly every MMo has this and premium sub perks.

The main concern for me is the gameplay, if that's fun then great.
 
anyone started, not happy, about all this deluxe buffs, really a lot more rewarding to work as hard as the next guy and more accomplishment when your better then them.
 
Refunded, it feels awful. Oh, no native 21:9 support but you can go borderless fullscreen however your character placement is too low it just doesn't sit right.
