Those are nice looking cards, were those the ones that came with the free xplit? I was tempted to get one of them as it was a good deal.

Thanks, I wasn't asking though.

My computer is so old and another of my RAM sticks just failed, i wouldn't be able to run it anyway.

(Especially on Talk Talk)

Would be nice to try, but your better finding someone else.

A third will be added but to the top of the case and controlled off the CPU

Questioning if a 140mm rad would be enough to cool just the cores of both 970s...?? Just tried 3D mark and at auto fan 85hz increase on the core is all that can be done without throttling , will check to see the max it can do before crashing but no point in using till the cores are under water

Also getting an LED into the shroud for the fan to glow red and an LED strip to fit under the backplatw

A single 140 mm rad for 2x 970? The standard recommendation would be 1x 120 mm per block, plus 120 mm, giving a total of 3x 120 mm rad space. That's equivalent to roughly 2x 140 mm. So if you plan on overclocking, a single 140 mm would probably mean your loop would be running quite hot.

I was looking at aquacomputers aqualex 60mm 140 rad with in built DDC pump. But then realised I wanted to keep the cable bar for the s340.
Being sorted out alphacool gtx 970 blocks on the cheap but have a feeling I'll either have to trim the ramp off on the shroud which stops dust being blown under the heatsink of chop a cm off the alphacool heatsink. Think I'll do the latter so the shroud isn't touched for any RMA issues.
Eyeing up an XSPC white 280 rad and have a pair of corsair SP 140 fans with white LED. Will be using bits power black fittings with gold dragon on their for the looks and red liquid I think. Should keep the colour sceme.
For pump looking at the EK xres dcp 2.2 or xres 100 revo d5. Key being small size

some how a NZXT Hue+ slipped into m basket, should be here today. Believe there's an update to allow for colour to change on heat, nice to have white, matching the white LED fans for idle and then switch to Red under load, or pulse between white and red

Speaking of the devil, I just watched that video a few mins before hand.
In torn between have white back around with red chasing around or running GPU temp wise with white fading into a blood red at max temp.
Shame extra strips aren't out till end of next month

yeah there is almost too many options to chose from. Being able to have different colours on different channels could offer some amazing effects!

I just ordered a white 24pin and 8 pin GPU with red combs and red 8 CPU pin and GPU with white combs. Not sure if potential buyer's scheme would be so went quick and basic. Can also self braid the cables later.

Ordered a Swiftech H240X to cool the GPUs for £130 so should save a small bit of cash. White tubing to a plexi alphacool sli bridge, red fluid and black fittings

I was told they were a few weeks away so I went elsewhere. Now I'm regretting that as I'll have to live with sub standard customer service and RMA with the return :mad:
