its a salary sacrifice lease so no BIK to pay as it’s not a company car

At least you have that as an option. it looks like I’ll have to go hybrid for my next company car or face the wrath of the tax man. It’s looking likely to be a 330e Touring. I’d rather keep a diesel and not spend half my life in a fuel station.

You'll still pay tax though on that sacrificed amount.

It's not really any different to just paying for it yourself and taking the income, unless I'm missing something.

It's like having a car allowance.

Honestly a browse through the AUC M340i stock is just depressing.

It's like they come from the factory ideally suited to the tastes of the buyer who will get it from Ebay in 15 years time.

Found just one Touring with Driving Assistant Pro, but no Premium Pack which means no lumbar support. Seems like a decent price too.

Presumably the result of making the adaptive cruise part of a £1250 option, even though it's standard on a 5 year old mid level Golf but you can get all the bling for £750.

I would imagine that is part of it but it's somewhat better than the system on a mid level golf, it's almost autonomous driving in traffic.

No, I think that was the point being made, there was no API to do so until very recently. It seems generally anything being displayed anywhere other than the primary infotainment screen is being done so be effectively replicating what could be shown via bluetooth media for example.

This is not quite what is being asked, but the new Polestar's have android OS which does allow google maps on the drivers cluster

Looks like cars built after July 2020 onwards are the ones to go for if you want full phone integration.

It's still crap integration though really. A single direction arrow is not really useful further than 1 corner, and an Audi VC/Merc MBUX full mapping replacement it isn't

... and, the volvo polestar, android automotive one, is the one to covet ? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlsEBHqSx10, does look attractive,
if touch+voice become ubiquitous, others should all follow suit on next (ev)generation
don't know if google helped on h/w design, presumably, you can still use the sim on your phone for the 4g connection
