I'm not sure what your exact requirements would be spec wise, but with that budget you can get a BMW Approved Used LCI, something like: https://usedcars.bmw.co.uk/vehicle/202106224078959
Intercoolers. What's going on with those two funky-looking boxes, in addition to the normal intakes?
What's going on with those two funky-looking boxes, in addition to the normal intakes? I think that engine bay is above my pay grade
Lovely car though. I'm not sold on the wheels but I know what you mean with them being 'OEM'.

Hi Robbo, cheers. I guess my only worry/thought would be going for a diesel, we'd be doing no more than 10k miles a year. That sort of spec is almost precisely what we would be looking for though!
that engine is nice
No, it isn't

got to be the 3 GT for rear, 5 series size, child cabin space. -> https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202105222938748We'll probably keep the Fiesta and looking to purchase a larger family car, budget of up to £17k. Do about 9/10k miles a year (but potentially up to 15k if I end up driving to the office once things open up again). We've been looking fairly seriously at a 4 Series GC but is this going to be too 'sporty' for wrangling children in the back? I think we're both fairly sold on the idea of having a hatch, we both cycle a lot and the benefit of just being able to chuck a bike in the back of a car with one seat down is ideal. Also looking at a 3 series touring but I think my wife is terrified of how 'massive' an estate would be, it's not like we live in a hugely busy city but I do appreciate her concern of going from a small car to an estate.

It turns you into a Granddad or retired doctor just by owning it.Christ, I think I aged just looking at that thing.

well - if you want £17K, w/o, economic X-drive, or, compliant M suspension, brown maybe just what the doctor ordered.
This morning I thought 'wow, that 2016 320i is about the worst 3 Series prospect anyone has posted here'
Didn't realise it would be beaten merely a few hours later.
