BMW and M Power Owners

Don’t need anything special to be an Asda/Tesco/Sainsburys driver… I hit the occasional thing, all sorted by the manager. Needed very little from me, not much incentive to not do it again .

Does the boot popping so easily drive anyone else mad?

I have a 67 plate 320i, and it's driving me nuts, as the boot seems to open so easily from the key fob, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to disable it?

I just popped into a post office, had the key fob in my jacket pocket, came out of the post office, and the boot was open. I've lost count the amount of times the key has been in my pocket, and i've come back to my car from a restaurant/barbers etc, to find the boot lid up. Is there anyway to disable this? Also, im looking at a m5 competition for next year, please tell me they don't suffer from the same issue?

This happens to me on my 2015 428i. I’m getting out and somehow it presses the fob against the seat and the boot pops open. The button inside the car is also in the most annoying place too, hardly reachable at all for me.

Honestly I turned traction control off once on my 335i to boot it up a slip road off a roundabout and nearly **** my pants. Can't imagine needing an M3 on the road, but that's just me :)

Similar to my old 135i, then I got a quaife fitted and loved it. No idea why I sold it for an M2 tbh, my 135i also had the Birds suspension and I loved it.

Found it back up for sale recently actually and it did cross my mind to buy it back

When you have a genuinely sporty car and drive it properly regularly, booting up a slip road is not that exciting.
