Why are there so few used Z4 35i M Sports and 35is M Sports for sale? Thought they would have been much more popular than they are. Possibly because of the high retail price? I specced a car on the BMW website last week and it lists a dealer contribution of £10k; not too bad.

So it would be a case of just changing the bumpers to get 90% of the M Sport package? I think it looks better in M Sport trim, but if its just aesthetics and theres no mechanical changes then I don't see the point in spending extra for an M Sport.

I think the all the issued wheels for the E46 suit it. I've had the 18's and 19's on my old E46 and WRT to handling and comfort the 18's win hands down. I still like the look of the 19's, but the diamond cut face is a PITA when it comes to kerbing and going "milky". If I had another E46 I'd get some CSL reps.

Picked the Z4 up today. Will post pictures tomorrow when I get a chance. Loving it so far; although the standard BMW stereo is absolute crap. Definitely going to upgrade the speakers at a minimum.

I think theres 6 speakers in total. I might consider a retrofit of the amp and additional speakers, but might just upgrade the ones in there as I'm not an audiophile, but know when something sounds really terrible!

Theres tweeters in the front door pillars each side, then some speakers in the doors themselves, and then theres speakers behind the seats in the corner.
The upgraded speaker package has speakers behind the seats built into the panel at the back plus a separate amp and sub somewhere.
