Very nice - picking my 535d up from there at the end of next monthWell i picked up my new m135i from BMW Heathrow yesterday, so far im very happy with it. Been told to take it easy for the first 1000 miles which is going to be hard!
It doesn't represent anything. It's going to be a wreck. Even the earliest, cheapest and ropeyist M3's are still around £5k, this one is 25% cheaper than the those ones which should speak volumes. Baring in mind its hard to find a decent 330CI for this price, an M3 which traditionally are double the price on the used market, is extremely unlikely to be anything other than a heap.
It will undoubtedly have a cracked rear subframe and at that price, i wouldn't be surprised if the boot floor was all but falling out.
How can I tell if an 2007 plate has efficient dynamics? I know the plate is a sign? Anything else to look for?
A Y reg 330Ci is likely to be in the realms of £2,000 in similar questionable condition.

What about a 330i?

To be honest if you are buying a cheapy I'd look for a non ED car - the N52 engine is much more reliable than the more efficient direct injection N53 engine. Plus it's more likely to be found in the sub £10k market than the newer ones, too.
Ah right ok, that helps thanks. Gotta weigh up how much I want idrive now.
