BMW and M Power Owners

Definitely ivory. He remarked how oyster doesn't seem to suffer the same problem.

They were both ex demonstrators which might explain it?

Nope, not m5's. 535d's. Both very well spec'd. One was deep sea blue I think, maybe imperial. The other black metallic. Sadly a bit more than I was looking to pay. Not even sure if they're for general sale yet but had been chatting to a salesman for a while about the 6's and he invited me to take a look.

Oh they also had one in a green that I've never seen before. Wasn't particularly nice. Sort of a metallic sage colour.

18 inch standard, 19 inch optional.

You don't need to measure them, the tyre size is on the sidewall..

I thought that was only for models built before 2003, BMW changing the standard wheel to the 19" on 2003 onwards cars to be inline with the facelift.

It should look well done! The engine bay fits the V10 like a well worn glove. So snug, so right. Only crit is that the exhaust pipes stick out a bit too far from the bumper. Nothing a carbon diffuser won't mask though. Redish Motorsport will take on such projects providing you've got the cash. They've done complete CSL builds with the manual gearbox and other things too.

I don't get why they'd do that then still leave a tatty as hell steering wheel on it.

I noticed the grime filled crevices before that :p

Some people just don't care about having a filthy cabin though, which is a shame.

Which I don't get. That's where you spend your time. Not outside the car, in it!

Has anyone added a service pack to a used BMW? From what I can see this is possible as long as it hasn't yet had its first service, and costs a bit more than if purchased with the car originally.

Are a group from here attending Vanity BMW at Beaulieu in a couple of weeks? Noticed the stand layout said OCUK on one of the stands (looked to be shared with Extreme BHP and Southside Sixers)

Well to my surprise Sytner Leicester a week Friday ago emailed me and said IF they could do the deal i asked for, pay deposit that day and collect the car before the end of the month would i still be interested.

Went straight over Friday afternoon to do all the paperwork and collected it last Sunday.

Spec is :-
435i GC
M Sport Plus package
Interior comfort package

Only thing i wish it had is the power folding mirrors but hayho.

The N55 engine coupled with ZF gearbox is very refined....maybe even a little too refined. I might look into at some point seeing if there is any BMW m sport exhausts to get abit more noise.

Spent a day giving it a proper detail, only needed a quick and very light correction with my orbital polisher (white hex logic pad with Menzerna PO85RD) finished with autoglym hd wax
