BMW and M Power Owners

The Mercedes ones are the most offensive looking ones, but the BMW ones aren't much better. It almost looks acceptable in the 1 series, possibly even in the 2 series. But 3 and above it's just criminal

The BMW high end 'stuck on screen' doesn't look too bad, assuming it's something along the lines of the new 7 series/current 6 series.

I don't quite understand the fascination with it, the pop out Audi screen is hardly any better, and the new A4 has a stuck on one too doesn't it. Mercedes implementation with the large glossy bezel is by far the least pleasant. It comes on some pretty expensive cars too.

Pop up isn't so bad. At least you can get shot of it. The stick on ones, they are just there permanently, and ruin the aesthetics completely.

I did have a seat in a new E-Class. It was pretty impressive right enough. And if BMW do go down the pop up route on the 5 series, I would consider the jump to Mercedes.

But there was still something not quite right. Something about the way you can clearly see the 2 screens with the gloss back bezel in the middle or something. Still miles better than a pop up thingy though.

I had a poke around the new E Class last week.

Stunning.

And £50k no discounts for an E350 AMG Line with Premium pack

Just yesterday that thought occurred to me, I've seen numerous new E Classes recently and they're all E220. The E350 in the outgoing model has been a very popular choice and has been fairly common.

The cabins in the S Class and E Class (with the screen option) are quite a marked change in the normal/conventional cabins we have become accustomed to - but I think you'd get used to it in no time.

Nice car, not sure it's BEASTly though :)

My first thought too. I referred to my first Range Rover as the Beast (4.6 V8), my second was only the Duck (4.0 V8). And my 530d as Sophie (due to the colour mainly). I can't imagine a 3 series being referred to as "the Beast" really cutting it, lol.

Do you guys not think it deserves to be called THE BEAST? 4wheel drive 0-60 5.3 & limited to 155mph yet still return over 40mpg
