Borderlands

if you bring up the quest menu, you'll see that each quest is listed it the zone where you need to go to complete it or hand it in.

Yeah that's not the problem if I understand what you are saying, completing the quests is fine but for example a quest listed in Rust Commons would be completed and have to be handed in somewhere else, but I can't see any way of seeing exactly where that would be.

once you complete a quest, the zone listed under on the menu changes to the zone you need to be to hand that quest in. It won't give you the pinpoint location though just the zone.

And the map shows the appropriate exit as a flashing diamond.

Personally, I haven't played a more enjoyable game for a very, very long time. I choose this WAY over MW2, Dragon Age and all the other new releases. It deserves a prominent place in my best-games-ever list.

On the 2nd playthrough with the same bunch of friends now and got to level 41...problem is, one of said friends started getting really bad "keyboard lag" where it would take the game a couple of seconds to do what he had pressed, mouse inputs were fine etc

Anybody heard about this happening? I think it must be something his end since we haven't had this problem in the last 30 hours of playing!

Aye, I loved playing it, it's one of the rare games that actually had me wanting to play more, even when I knew I should be doing something else.

I'm even thinking of playing it again as a different class :)

Need to pick this up again. Last time I played I killed the giant hive, managed to find some special weapons too. Really want to get to the second playthrough.

We completed first play through last weekend, me and another mate have been going through for a second time.

Found a Hellfire SMG as Lillth (Well, on my third actually) it's making the game far too easy! Sets everything on fire instantly, has a 60-90+ magazine depending on who I'm playing with, does insane amount of damage anyway & it's got fantastic zoom and recoil!!

Also found a 700 damage volcano sniper, crits for just shy of 10k.

Really enjoying it, glad I went ahead and bought it now. Only I find is that my fps seems to dive up and down, ranging from 30 - 60. You turn the mouse and the fps drops to 30, turn the other way and it shoots up to 60. Similar issue on ATI cards for Fear 2 when it first came out. Or maybe the game is cpu dependent?
