Bought an old BMW M3, filled with regret...

I've had 3 windscreens and one drivers window all done by Autoglass. Never had an issue.

Booking in has been simple and efficient and they've always turned up on time with the right stuff and a guy that cares.

One guy even went out of his way to fix my trim clips that were damaged. Didn't even have anything to do with him.

Sadly Autoglass is what my insurer uses as I have windscreen cover on my policy so must use them in order to be covered. The last guy did say they were closing their branches and going mobile only too, shame!

Same - had two screens from AG (both on the MX5), no issues whatsoever.
One of the guys even gave me a handful of 3M sticky pads so I could reattach my DART Tag holder at my leisure. My hero.

I had a guy from Autoglass replace my windscreen, was easy to book, got a morning time slot and he gave me a call telling me when he was on his way. Got a better windscreen put on the car too.

No problems at all, then I guess it's the same as delivery drivers, depends on who does the job I guess.

Nice seeing you today Robbie, M3 looks ace in the flesh :D
Keep us updated on that front end respray :)

But... but the stone chips! Will somebody think of the stone chips :o

Cheers skaif, shame the weather didn't hold up for longer, I was planning on top downing it home but glad I didn't heavy rain soon as I hit the motorway with nowhere close to stop and let the roof up - Dodged a bullet there!

Not telling ner ner!

337.7 BHP :p

Just uploading my run video and graph screenshot as well as some car pics I managed to take for the RR thread now :)

There's always the next meet :)

I was using a mix of the Sigma 35mm 1.4 and the Canon 17-40mm f4 for video.

Ah. I was using the 24-70 mk II. I'll be at the next meet for sure and will try and catch up with you. I love your photography, makes me want to go out and learn. Believe it or not, yesterday was the first time I used my gear in what feels like more than 6 months!

I think whenever the next motors meet (non rr) one is will be ideal for photos, tends to be in more picturesque locations and such like so great for cool photo ops!

So Autoglass dispatch office phoned earlier, the glass the man in the van was waiting to pick up before heading my way didn't get delivered to the warehouse, so they have to re-book the re-booked appointment...

The good will gesture better be worth this tedious nonsense.

Robbie, don't let this put you off AG there's a lot of change happening at the moment the causing issues exactly like this due to a big shake up in the way they operate

Yeah I figure the transition stage will take some time, still, it shouldn't be so ill managed that it affects customers who have took time out of their schedules and work for a pre-booked appointment - Twice in a row!

I know only too well how frustrating it is being one of the guys on the other end of things. Trouble is because of the way things are changing there's no "tidy" way of doing things for the lack of a better word. It's a complete logistical nightmare
