So once again "best driver on the grid" Alonso is out qualified by "so rubbish he should be fired" Massa... I think the pressure has got to him.

As before, Webber is fighting for every point he can get and nothing to lose, Vettel will be most likely going with a pretty safe heavy downforce, as ready for rain as possible setup, I think the same for Alonso and similar for Hamilton.

IE Button, Massa and Webber all likely going for as much speed as possible rather than safety.

Also as per usual the second run gives a few tenths improvement in times.

I don't think so, dirty side isn't guaranteed to lose places here. Better to leave as is and see what happens after first corner. Either let Alonso through, or if massa gets up there try to hold them back in first two laps before DRS.
 
Don't think I'd be meddling with Massas gearbox seal this time, he's got a chance of getting past Vettel and mixing things up at the front. They need him to try back Vettel up a bit or take a risk getting past him.

I think its more of a case of giving Alonso a place up the grid rather than the "clean/dirty side" schenanigans.
But Ferrari need Massa up there no doubt to spoil Vettels race...

Massa really has come alive in these last races and looks almost certain to play a significant role in this season finale.

Furthermore, the Maccas really help Ferrari by taking up places at the front. Cheers fellas :D

Oh and furthermore, I'll bet Whitmarsh is peeing himself for letting Hamilton go to Mercedes.

The reason they did the gearbox, is becuase taht side of the grid was so dirty. Everyone on that side lost at least one place at the start. That isn't going to be an issue at this race. So doesnt make sense moving massa back 5places, when team orders are perfectly legal.
