Breakfast suggestions quick easy and healthy?

It`s completely possible to loose weight while eating fruits regularly. One a day should be the minimum not the maximum imo.

Of course it's possible, it's also possible to lose weight while eating chocolate cake but it's not going to make it easier for you.

lol yes, but cake is empty calories while fruits are full of goodness. You shouldn`t overlook that just because you are trying to loose weight. But I`ll leave it at that

Ok so what exactly do you think all that sugar turns into? Fine it has some vitamins which are good for you but still more than 1 a day is too much for someone looking to lose weight.

Oops sorry :o

Today I had:

2 x Roasted Seeded Hovis Slices
2 eggs scrambled
2 tomatoes quartered and fried off in a teaspoon of ground nut oil
Drizzled with HP sauce
Glass of Squeezed Orange with bits.

Was tasty but wether I can keep it up in the morning when rushing off to work is another matter

Fruit is full of sugar which will spike your blood sugar levels, this makes your body increase insulin production, insulin in your blood stops the body burning fat and tells it to store fat instead. Keeping your insulin levels low helps with burning fat and thus losing weight.

So eating friut to loose weight is bad?

A banana is not a good breakfast option?

I think bananas are one of the highest GI fruits if I remember right, really good to eat just before a gym session or something but other than that.. not so much.

If I had eggs everyday would't I be egg bound?

No, though eating the same food everyday can lead to an eventual intolerance, regardless of what the item is.

In a nutshell, 'think' lean and clean protein, low glycemic carbohydrates and some fats that are rich in essential fatty acids, mono-saturates or poly-unsaturates.

Intolerant as in semi allergic?

Sorry to move from OT. But what recommendations do people have for cooking scrambled eggs?

The way i make it now is ok but anyone got any suggestions for some quicker/tastier way?
