Made one this morning with a part-cooked baguette and probably a bit too much bacon. But, can one really ever have too much pig?

i tried again and failed again..same problem egg was running out so i had to cut into 4 bits and put back in oven

i over filled it to coz it expands in the oven

think i shouldnt pour the mixture in and just spoon it in leaving the excess egg in the mixing bowl

got another part baked left so will try once last attempt tomoz morning
