Also looking at BSC, type 1 has spent the longest time in the colon and type 7 has spent the least.

if your hospital uses VitalPac you have to indicate the bristol level on an ipod touch, i did this earlier LOL

For the last 10 years mostly type 6, quite often 7 and very rarely type 5.
Average 8 times a day

That's what happens when you don't have a large intestine

I would say usually a type 3 or 4 for me. But is that healthy, what do the different types mean?
