Not really, the Merc's are having a problem getting by them as is. If bottas is faster and they release him it will cost Massa time to let him by, that will put him right into Hamilton and Massa looks slower. The second Massa dropped out of DRS if he did, Hamilton would have Massa, catch Bottas and be in a stronger position to undercut into the lead.

Currently Bottas having a good exit before DRS zones means he's safer from Hamilton than Massa would be, which means Hamilton has to undercut two cars to get the lead in the pits.

Williams are safer right now than if they let Bottas past.
