British Grand Prix 2015, Silverstone - Race 9/19

I can totally understand what Williams are doing. They have no just cause to show any preference to any driver, and a 1 2 finish is what they want.

But, I fear they may be throwing the win away here.
 
Two stop would likely win it for either Merc that pits first. They'll go faster in clean air easily have track position and the earlier they do it the more laps they have to build the gap for the second pitstop. Either way they'd have much faster tires at the end should they have to pass, still much better situation than they have now.

Depends whether they can find a gap to filter into.
 
couple more laps and merc might pit. ericsson is 27.4 behind the leader, merc would want to clear him. 29 seconds for a stop.

so about now to pit.
