Not really. The first engines were discovered to have a vibration issue caused by parts of the engine not being manufactured to the correct tolerances. The engines had to be turned down to avoid reliability issues. This was rectified on the 2nd engines, so they can run at their full design power.
I take it from everything I have read, that Honda are still pretty much 100% responsible for the engines - who is going to design, manufacture and maintain the 2022 Red Bull engines?

Not sure about who's responsible for building the engines, however RB will be designing evolutionary updates and maintaining the IP they got from Honda.

They've just about finished building another huge factory/office/warehouse complex over the road from their current factory which I presume will be the engine dept. Looks very impressive, from the road anyway. It's possible they could be building engines themselves, but seems like they'd want to get a partner in to do that for them, at least in the short term.

Wouldn't even be related to his accident as a piece of random debris flies into his air box but horner would be complaining that Hamilton celebrated in a way that Max found offensive because it hurt his little feelings.

Would be even better if it was a crumpled empty can of some sweet fizzy drink :D

Will be interesting to see if Max tries to take Hamilton out in the next race if he gets an opportunity.

I don't think even Max would try that and think that he could get away with it. The stewards in Hungary will be watching like hawks.
If much latter in the season and Max still feels that Silverstone was Lewis's fault...............then yes, i could see Max take Lewis out as a racing choice. I still don't think he would do it that under the radar that he would get away with it though.

Hungaroring is always ripe for running opponents off the course at the start. Will be interesting. I so hope MB is competitive and Silverstone was not a one off.

There is an interesting analysis of "How failure led to Honda's F1 success with Red Bull" on BBC Online (LINK).

The combination of Adrian Newey and painstaking Japanese engineering resulting in a perfectly matched Engine / Chassis combination was always likely to lead to success; I wonder whether Red Bull will supply their "own design" engine to other teams?

Alpha Tauri? Seriously though, there are rules about someone without any engine supplier being able to force the supplier with least teams to supply I think (it came up when RedBull n Renault fell out)
