This, the treatment you've had is beyond a joke. The Ford dealership have very clearly demonstrated that they are unable to solve this issue. I would be looking for either a replacement vehicle or a cash settlement to walk away.
 
I think it is amazing if you haven't contacted someone higher up within Ford, and/or asked the dealer for a replacement car. It has been a substantial amount of time now, almost everything has gone wrong by the sounds of it!

There is absolutely no way I would trust it anymore after all these failures. If you get the same car back again, even if it appears to be working flawlessly, ask yourself, would you want to go on a 300 mile motorway run with it? I bet the answer is no.
 
I'd be getting a new car out of them, this is retarded

Ford dicked me around for six weeks when engine went in my 17 month old focus ST, left me with no car, wouldn't give me a courtesy as over a year old, excuse after excuse about not getting the engine in etc. as above I faxed chief exec next day car back new engine, then I traded it in, never having another ford ever!

Did you pay via CC at all?

I'd be serioulsy getting in touch with Ford, everything documented and requesting a full refund from the dealer along with a bit on top for the sheer hassle.

haev you had to pay out for other forms of transport?

In all honesty, I would have done this after 2-3 attempts at getting it fixed, this is far beyond a joke. You'd also argue that Ford or the dealer should be offering you an alternative by now.
 
On the list of things to get sorted unfortunately this is not anywhere near the top. We have been provided with transportation all the time the car has been in the garage as well.

Because having a car that struggles too last long than a few miles is going to be helping you sort all those other issues.

Demand it is replaced or you will take it further.
 
tbh I wouldnt even request a replacement from the stealer, what if the next car has issues look at the hoohah he's had getting this lemon "fixed".
 
I don't understand... why have you not requested a new replacement car???

Start shouting, jumping and throwing a massive tantrum.

It would take you 2 hours absolute max to basically copy and paste your posts on the forum and edit it into a letter.

My daughters in and out of hospital with tumours on both her kidneys upto one that's bigger than her actual kidney. we're trying to find out if they are cancerous or not and she's going onto chemo soon.

We have a working car so like I say this takes priority at the moment rather than worrying about a car. Letters have been sent etc so will update that when I receive anything

Surely this only emphasises how much you need a reliable vehicle? (hospital visits etc).

Get on the phone to Ford Head office like you were advised months ago and get rid of that horror mobile!
