lol, a mixture or natural window light, tungsten bulb and pop-up flash. I've tried improving it as best I could on photoshop, but it's not the greatest starting point for lighting.

I want to re-do the photos in a couple of weeks with everything installed. Won't be great in this case, but I'll certainly get better shots when I get a new case. I'll get a tri-pod and an LED torch and use the 'paint-with-light' technique.
 
Thankfully, the card won't be coming until the end (or during, at the earliest) of my exams next week. Otherwise, goodbye degree. :D

Thanks guys. Yeah, I hope the cooler will fit, but I think it should do. The main RAM slots are not the one closest to the CPU, and the RAM heat sinks look fairly low-ish profile. We'll see. :)

I've heard/seen there is some loss in graphical quality in steam? What's this all about? I'm not even entirely sure what steam is.

So if I buy the disc from ASDA, there will be a code on/in it that will enable me to download the full game in it's entirety? So even if I buy it from ASDA, I don't need an optical drive?

Not yet. I've got these bloody exams this week coming. After that, I'll do some benchmarks stock. I may try overclocking but without the GPU, as I've only got a 430W PSU. I don't want to push it's luck. Next purchases will be a PSU and a better case, but that may be in the summer.

Cannot see where to download from Game, the email link isn't working. I'll just get it from Steam. On Thursday though (last exam). :p
 
No, I already bought and paid for it, but couldn't see where to download it from. Maybe I was being thick. They said the download link was supposed to be in the email, but it wasn't working. Doesn't matter, I already downloaded from Steam and activated it using the Game code.

It does not like the integrated intel graphics one bit. :D
 
No, hasn't arrived yet. I think OcUK got them in today, so they'll probably ship out today or tomorrow? Probably tomorrow, I've heard they had hundreds of orders for this card. I'll pop it in thur or fri with my new gelid tranquillo cooler too.

I had a mess around with Deus Ex without the GPU - had to turn every graphics option down/off and run it at 1650x900 lol :p Reminds me of Nintendo 64.
