You're making this harder than it needs to be (as the Bishop said to the...).
The only connections you really need to check it's going to work (and get you into the BIOS) are:-
- CPU fan to motherboard CPU header.
- Two power connections to motherboard.
- Power connections to GPU if required.
- Case power switch header.
Worry about everything else once you know it'll boot.
Haven't you watched any tutorials on how to build one?
