Bye Bye BMW...

I really like the XF, I would always try and push for a differnt colour combo. Having said that, the colour combo in my E60 is not to everyones taste either but it makes an otherwise very dark interior (no sunroof) very light.

In addition, given the number of posts removed, I can't believe the suspension hammer has not been waved around! Seems relaxed for OcUK :p

You mean the rod of correction!

Awesome looking car, do want! Enjoy in good health :)

Nothing wrong with that colour choice either m8.

Jaguar have a really attractive range atm, and I may well have to make the switch from a run of german saloons (C, E, 3ers and 5ers) to a Jag next time.

So how much does it cost for one of these in the current climate then? Looks REALLY nice. Still can't help but think that BMW make the best steering wheels, they look REALLY thin with no thumb grooves in the competition

Is that reflective of how they feel IRL or is it an optical illusion?

EDIT:

this is the colour combo you should've got:

So whats the deal with the gear selector, is there a sport / manual mode? How many gears is the auto?

S is far right past drive position and gives a nice resistance as you rotate to the sport mode. S gives constant control on the manual gears with paddles behind the steering wheel, in Drive it will change as requested however revert to auto after a period of no changes, I think sport does that aswell after a longer period. I think dynamic mode then adds more resistance to changing for you unless you get really silly.

6 Speed ZF item at the moment but changing on the facelift to 8 speed with introduction of new engines and entertainment packs.

Looks like £30k for a 2010 3D v6 upwards to late £50k for the 5l supercharged

The wheels controls for volume aren't clicky buttons but a up and down push switch that feels much nicer. Does the Diesel S get the Alcantara Roof and pillar trim?

Black exterior with black interior and black trim.

How inspiring.

I think it's quite nice tbh, much better than these tacky wood options people go for.

Much better than some of the crap combinations BMW put out too. Black steering wheel and top half of dash + cream for the rest. You'd have to be off your head to like that monstrosity.

I don't understand this, you'd want a cream steering wheel too? And haven't you just described the Jaguar in blackhawk's post (which incidently looks awesome)?

No I wouldn't want a cream steering wheel, I'd just rather not have that combination in the first place.

Yes, I think it looks awful. Problem?

Love it. Stunning looking car and smart interior! :)

Although this I do like the look of... ;)

Thats ivory with oyster and its not bad, but its what my wife said we weren't old enough for and she's right it does feel like an older persons interior compared to the black, or at least in my opinion which is why we bought the car we did.
