Loved the Focus RS Invitation Race! Was a tad bit wet...

I had a go on this last night. Had the game for a long time now but never tried the campaign. What a pita the go karts are. Can't even get past the first race haha

I run the reshade installation and it detects the x64 bit game as Direct3D9 is that right?

Also I placed your settings here and when I scroll lock I can see the sweetfx popup showing enabled but visually I'm not seeing a difference.

Copy reshade64.dll, reshade.fx and sweet.fx into the folder with the project cars exe and rename reshade64.dll to dxgi.dll

Also you need to overwrite the original sweetfx settings file in the sweetfx subfolder. So delete the current one and rename my one to SweetFX_settings

The autodetect is a bit funky on reshade so it's easier to do manually.

This game is stunning!. Playing the Monaco circuit in the rain with the Open top cars is beautiful. Great use of motion blur too. Graphics are a level higher compared to Assetto Corsa.

Enjoying this so far although it's hard. Running everything at max 1440p with no AA on my 780 and it's nice and smooth.

One big issue for me is the sensation of speed is awful. Doing 100mph down twisty roads feels slow. It makes judging turning speeds hard as you never feel as fast as it says.

graphics are great but the handling doesn't feel right, i'll get the g27 set up at the weekend and see again as i have been sliding when i really shouldn't have been

done several laps of nordschleife so i hope they are warm, a clio cup shouldn't be sliding like it was at low speeds, maybe it's just the control pad i was using being twitchy which is why i'll get the g27 out

I'm finding it the same with pad tbh. All the cars seem to slide about to easily like they have plastic tyres.

Really did not want to invest in a wheel but I think this game would be miles better with one.
