Well, I was musing through the Threads at the 'New' Official Forums and one of the Threads just cracked me up completely, apparently the Game censors your Name/Surname if it contains 'Filtered' words, so a Surname like Babcock would look like Bab****, anyway, you can get around this problem in the PC by turning OFF the In-Game Profanity Filter, but (I can't stop laughing at this..) they decided not to add the Profanity Filter Option in the Console Versions.

Must say the console section is a bit more positive about the game, maybe as folks havent been following it as much etc but they seem impressed

There is not much else to play racing wise especially on PS4. Could be why there is less moaning.

This is probably a dumb question, but my Project Cars now says "pre load complete" but I can't play it yet... I thought it was already out?

Edit- It also seems to want me to pay for it again???

A very long time Ago I became a team member, on the understanding that I would get the game when it was released?

I could have been a £10 member, and got a £10 discount, but I went for the one that cost £30 or so and you got a copy of the game when it released...

Edit- I was a €25 member

Edit Edit- Found the forum post about it now

Having been a member for nearly three years I'm interested to see how it has changed from about 3 months ago when I last played it. At that time It seemed to have gone downhill from my favourite 'feel' of the game, maybe 18 months ago, when all the funky replay views available in real time gameplay, added quite a few cars like the big classic mercedes, had the classic tracks available (which seem to have been removed...), the 360 pad worked really well and the menus were sensible. Hopefully SMS have gone back in the right direction

judging from the Kerbal Space Program transition from EA game to full release with a load of content and changes anyway!

I still miss gunning it around Historic Spa in that V12 mercedes, feeling 'connected' with the game if that makes sense.

I have been trying a few things out today, I found that if I race from the cockpit I was struggling to finish last but if I raced from the bonnet cam I was competitive up to 6-8 place, this is just from changing the camera nothing else.

If any of you fine chaps fancy some clean racing (hopefully) then i will be hosting a Clio Cup event tonight at 8:30pm

I have a few people added on my friends list that i have met through project cars that are good clean racers.

So if you fancy a few races keep an eye out :

Would be good to have you both along. Usually do a 10-15 mins qualify and a short race around 7 laps or so (depending how big the track is).
