If you did that then you should have automatically been issued with a discount voucher.

There are specific race series but not a huge range of cars in those series.

You do not collect cars, you do not upgrade cars, you do not make your own liveries although they do exist that you can choose from (well on PC you can but not with an official tool but with photoshop) , you do not unlock stuff and there is no money in the game.

There is a progression system in career mode where you can start from carts and work your way up or choose to start anywhere but your basically racing for the hell of it with no incentive.

DLC packs eventually will add more, and there's a free car each month but for how long ?

I think they said the DLC packs would add new series rather than just be adding cars for the sake of it. so more like mini expansions I guess

Isn't it about time someone recreated Forza or GT on PC? There's nothing on the market like it. :(

Closest are GRID and SHIFT but they aren't the same, gimmie some RPG in my racing dammit :D

Hello everyone, my two year old PC is creaking away trying to run PC somewhat, so I'd like to lock the frame rate to 30 FPS, whilst having V-Sync enabled. Now, thanks to a mate of mine, he has shown me a neat little trick through Steam in the launch options on how to lock the FPS to 30. I just can't seem to set the V-Sync up correctly (I've been told I need Double V-Sync?) Can I force double V-Sync in the launch option on Steam?

I have installed Radeon Pro, but whatever I set in the program, it's not mirrored in the game. Any suggestions?

I had issue join tonight on lobbies , i can see it but it just times out connecting to it :(
 
I joined fine, waited around a bit for any others to join but no-one came on so I started the Warm-Up, Qualifying and the Race all worked OK and they were fine :) Only thing I would suggest is set the Weather to Hazy as this gives the best FPS if anyone is struggling.

It's possible to play Xbox One games on PC thanks to the local streaming capabilities that Windows 10 brings - and a demo later during GDC shows it working in practice, even if the execution is currently a little way off of being perfect - but will series like Forza have native ports in the future?

Would anyone use a TS/Mumble server if running alongside the pCARS server?

The idea being that if we are all using the same game and voice server, you will always be talking with those on the same track :)
