spa and California raceway are MILES away from being finished. if you want to judge the games graphics then Connecticut hill GP is the only track where you truly can.

the AA is also being worked on. apparently its very difficult because of how they are doing the rendering

yeah that track is the stand out one, so if thats owt to go by the graphics should be spot on...

that caterham is abit tail happy tho...

Im on weekly now, my dad really liked it so he gave me a few quid to upgrade :D. its one of my many games which i hardly play :/

on the oversteer on everything!!! setup defaults they have, to drive around it, back up the corner. so brake early, then get apply a lil bit of power, turn in then feed on the power, then drive out of the corner abit like a rally car :D

Whilst comparisons to Shift are inevitable, please try to understand that SMS are really keen to show that they can get the handling right. I really hope that people are not blinkered enough not to help develop this game based on their experiences with Shift/Shift2.

I think the majority of people who havent been tempted to buy into this game have forgotton about the fact that this game is based upon community feedback.
Unlike other racing games with developers saying they listen to the community but dont well C.A.R.S (community assisted racing simulator) whole system is based on the community so if the community goes or does not contribute then we will have a bad game.

You work together as a public team then post on forums your ideas/feedback, then the team at mad studios base the game around this, also they have the ex "stig" on board who has written a post explaining of changes needed.
So imagine a battlefield 3 being built purely on community feedback.. imagine how awesome it could have been... well this is the case for a racing sim! This game has potential to be an epic of a racing game, If people put the effort in.

Also you get your money back at the end of development which let me remind you is still in alpha, so even in a earlier of a build stage than the current Rfactor 2.

thats my two cents.

What spec pc do you have? It's not fully optimised as yet but certainly runs no worse than many full releases. I get 50+fps at full HD with full detail. 90+ if I turn things down a bit. Still looks stunning even on low detail imo.

Latest build is shocking FFB wise. Lots of centering spring has been placed in from the feel of my G27.

Clack .. clack round the exit of most corners. Makes driving horrendous!

This has been mentioned by quite a few people but they are concentrating on the FFB and the "input lag" as a top priority.
@TaKeN - have you tried altering the FFB via the dev menu. There's some tweaking can be done in there as well.
