I've got a miniDV cam that I can hand hold (assuming I'm allowed to in-car), but other than that nothing of HD awesomeness.

I doubt you'll be allowed to do that paradigm, you arent even allowed suction cup ones on some tracks !

M-factory gearing = win.
5th seems rubbish though, must be so it's still usable for daily driving etc..?

Won't be able to do that unfortunately, they're quite strict about cameras (don't even allow suction mounts now)!

Btw - we're not on IRC as gareth has a virus so we're all blocked

Should be ok though - I'm going to give my bullet cam a go again, should work better at Cadwell (doesn't cope with direct sunlight well).

Great day, involved me getting a new front right tyre and a MK2 MR2 rolled...

Housey, the mountain was fine I found, but the tyre walls and metal crash barriers call your name whenever the back gets loose !

wow my phone cam is bad. We need someone with an SLR to come along next time.

Photos aren't mine, a few guys from SXOC were there, unofficially the SX was doing 1:40s with traffic, no idea how that ranks compared to others there.
