Call of duty Black ops 6

Tried to play this yesterday but since the Update it has broken!

Constant Errors, I cant even get into the Menu :o



Anyone having the same issue?

Edit: I tried to figure this out yesterday evening but made 0 progress! I have updated GPU Drivers and it now launches no issues, previous driver worked with Black Ops 6 so I didn't expect it...

I've been having constant crashed on my 7900xtx with this game (and only this game) I've tried to lower the settings after it was suggested on here it's memory leakage and I thought it worked for a while but then it started doing it again. My 7900XT is absolutely solid it has some occasional freezes but it recovers quickly it's like the 7900XTX can't recover from it. Finger's crossed it gets an update that fixes it before too long.

Im on a 7800XT - It played fine prior to Update but I left my GPU on Drivers Adrenalin 24.7.1 (WHQL Recommended) I have since updated to latest drivers and have no issue playing.

Constant Launcher Crashes, if I got into the menu it would get stuck and throw up the same error, nothing would budge getting into game until I updated to most recent GPU Drivers and have just played for 1/2 hours without issue.

Only with a Controller... Playing Native M&KB on Crossplay Cods just isn't the experience you expect, AA and Controllers are so strong!

There is tons of videos on YouTube on fixes. I have spent hours trying to fix it but i can't even get it to load, LOL.

You've probably found the answer by now but you only lose access to the guns/perks/equipment etc, you don't lose all of your gun levelling progress.

I started Prestige 3 last night. Got all of the assault rifles diamond now - other than the gun included with the season pass. Some guns were easier than others. I found the AK47 and Type L the hardest to get the headshots with as they were super powerful and could kill in 1 body shot in HC.

Looking forward to doing the SMGs now as they let you be a bit more aggressive. For the permenant unlocks I unlocked the Val and the Goblin. In hindsight I should've unlocked 'Perk Greed' first but will unlock that this time. 4 perks is such a boon.

I have a couple of days playtime and haven't had a single crash yet, I'm using the Xbox app version with a RTX 4070 Ti + Ryzen 7600. I'm on the latest Nvidia driver but it was also fine with the previous one. It would be interesting to know what causes it.
 
It's so strange how this is still not resolved and doesn't effect the majority,

Who ever solves this is going to get many Internet brownie points.
 
Nearly finished the campaign. Whilst not the most exciting like infinite warfare, they’ve done a great job to mix up the mission styles and gameplay elements and it looks and sounds great.

First COD I've tried in a while and while I like the game play, the SBMM is absolutely killing it for me, every game is a sweat fest. I'm too old for this TBH, the days of me playing 4-6 hours a day (was a student) are long gone. I really miss persistent lobbies and the old school match making where the ability of the players was somewhat random/mixed.

Enjoyed the campaign though and me and a couple of mates have been enjoying zombies too.
